Tomorrow’s Newspaper: Darius Jackson and Waiver Wire Prescience for Week 16 and Beyond

by Ray Marzarella, December 18, 2016

We offer four Sunday morning fantasy football pick-ups based on advanced stats & metrics profiles. Add Darius Jackson, Daniel Lasco, MyCole Pruitt and Jerell Adams in dynasty and/or keeper leagues.

Though it’s easy to dismiss Daniel Lasco because he’s a seventh-round pick, you can’t dismiss his athletic profile. Even if his NFL future is strictly as a third-down back, that’s likely to be a pretty valuable position in the high-octane Saints offense for at least a few more seasons with Drew Brees at the helm.

Dreamers & Fantasy Streamers – DFS GPP & Deep Sleeper Plays for Week 15: Get Kenneth Farrow or Die Trying

by Eric McClung, December 16, 2016

Yet in despite of this amazing opportunity in the fantasy playoffs, Farrow is still available in half of Yahoo and ESPN public leagues. Friends, this is a top-10 running back this week in the PlayerProfiler Weekly Player Rankings and a must play in DFS.

Jerick McKinnon is suddenly an interesting contrarian option this week against the Indianapolis Colts, who last week gave up more than 190 rushing yards to the Houston Texans four-man backfield.

Kenneth Farrow: The Fantasy Football Value Play of the Year and DFS Free Square RB

by Kevin McHugh, December 15, 2016

Beyond the 55 rushing yards, Kenneth Farrow added 6 receptions for 23 yards on 6 targets equaled the most receptions by a Charger this season. At an 84.6-percent Opportunity Share, Farrow was basically playing the Melvin Gordon bell cow role.

Kenneth Farrow is a capable NFL running back who will be able to replicate Melvin Gordon’s production in a good matchup on Sunday. Farrow is a free square RB in all fantasy football formats for week 15.

Tomorrow’s Newspaper: Shane Vereen, Week 15 Waiver Wire Prescience and Beyond

by Ray Marzarella, December 11, 2016

We offer four Sunday morning fantasy football pick-ups based on advanced stats & metrics profiles. Add Robert Griffin, Shane Vereen, Seth Roberts and Dion Sims in dynasty and/or keeper leagues.

The odds that Shane Vereen becomes a league-winning fantasy pick in 2016 are slim, but he’s a great player to stash for next season where applicable. Rashad Jennings and Paul Perkins are not the Giants’ long-term answer at running back, and Vereen’s skill-set is too valuable for the Giants not to keep him heavily involved in the offense.

DFS Dreamers & Fantasy Streamers: Corey Coleman’s Rebirth and Contrarian GPP & Deep Sleeper Plays for Week 14

by Eric McClung, December 10, 2016

Joe Flacco is currently eighth among the leaders in passing yards. Even after throwing four touchdowns a week ago, Flacco has only 15 passing scores to show for all of his efforts. Positive touchdown regression should continue in week 14.

Corey Coleman is an interesting boom-or-bust snow game option being reunited with fellow Baylor alum Robert Griffin III making his first start since Week 1.

by Ray Marzarella, December 4, 2016

We offer four Sunday morning fantasy football pick-ups based on advanced stats & metrics profiles. Add Matt Barkley, Rex Burkhead, Dontrelle Inman and Josh Hill before they become next week’s waiver targets.

Coming into the week, Matt Barkley was strictly a match-up play against a 49ers defense letting up the third most fantasy points above the mean per game to opposing QBs. With the news that Jay Cutler will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery, Barkley can now be held for the remainder of the season.

DFS Dreamers & Fantasy Streamers: Return of Alex Smith and Contrarian GPP & Deep Sleeper Plays for Week 13

by Eric McClung, December 2, 2016

Alex Smith and an overwhelming number of wide receivers headline a strong class of Week 13 streaming candidates. Once a streaming quarterback staple, the best looking quarterback in the NFL is finally back in the conversation.

On Thanksgiving Ladarius Green saw the field for just 26 percent of the Steelers offensive plays, yet managed to record 67 yards on only two receptions. Green’s return to action has been a slow roll out, one that could benefit fantasy owners that can afford to be patient.
