If there is one player you absolutely must stash in fantasy football, it is Josh Doctson. The problem with Josh Doctson has been injuries. After Washington selected him in the first round, he’s been the Wily Coyote of NFL wide receivers.

Look for that pass to run ratio to skew pass-heavy again this season as Washington plays division rivals in the weeks ahead. Josh Doctson is the perfect high-upside bench stash who could be what we all wanted Terrelle Pryor to become.

For instance, Justin Tucker and Matt Bryant, the top two kickers in fantasy football from the 2016 season, outscored Stefon Diggs and Allen Robinson that season.

Do not make the mistake of forgetting that kick and punt return touchdowns contribute to fantasy defenses’ point totals. Tyreek Hill is absolutely deadly while returning kicks and punts, thus making Kansas City’s defense particularly valuable.

The beauty is we don’t have to imagine what Javorius Allen’s ceiling looks like. We saw it in 2015 when he was a top-5 fantasy running back down the stretch, including a 35 point game, fueled by a mind-bending 12 receptions.

Despite the limited sample size (six carries, 31 yards), Orleans Darkwa has a chance to earn more touches in the running game and the passing game. Darkwa has the ability to make plays out of the backfield, notching a career high 37 receptions for 308 yards during his sophomore year at Tulane.
