The Bengals have given A.J. Green a 23.4-percent (No. 21 among qualified wide receivers) Target Share and a 44.5-percent (No. 6) Air Yards Share. He’s given them a whole eight (No. 32) catches for 80 (No. 60) yards. Green’s efficiency metrics have been the stuff of nightmares. Pick almost any metric. If you’re on Green’s page, it’s going to say he’s closer to No. 100 than even No. 50. He’s standing on the edge of a fantasy cliff and Tee Higgins’ presence will be the final nudge. 

Josh Jacobs has been as good as the tape grinders have billed through two games this year. He even has seven (No. 11) catches for 63 (No. 10) receiving yards on a 14.5-percent (No. 6) Target Share. He also currently leads all running backs with 23 Evaded Tackles and has a 39.0-percent (No. 9) Juke Rate. People will still be anchored to draft capital early in the season. Take advantage and abandon ship on lesser backs such as Joe Mixon and Dalvin Cook in favor of Jacobs. 

Jerick McKinnon is the obvious plug-and-play RB1 option for Week 3 with both Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman injured. Though his athleticism may have been compromised by his 2018 ACL tear, he was already working with a baseline of “most athletic RB in the entire PlayerProfiler database.” If you didn’t acquire him last week, you need to bid aggressively on his league-winning profile.

Dalton Schultz thrived in Blake Jarwin’s role during Dallas’ Week 2 win against Atlanta. Nine receptions on ten targets for 88 yards in inspiring enough to start Schultz moving forward. After surprisingly leading all Cowboys pass-catchers with 10 targets against the Falcons, Schultz became this week’s free square waiver wire TE pickup.

Josh Allen produced 444 yards of offense on Sunday. This, after he stacked up 369 yards last Sunday. Allen has transformed himself from a high-volatility player into, through two weeks, one of the most consistently productive players at the quarterback position. The Bills have had choice matchups, sure, but Allen’s ability to capitalize on them feels like a new wrinkle in his previously low-floor, high ceiling game.

Seeing is believing, and Ben Roethlisberger has put it all together two weeks in a row. He’s passed for over 500 yards and five touchdowns to just one pick through two games. The Steelers were put into a competitive Game Script against the Broncos and Roethlisberger’s arm looked well up to the task. With a healthy QB, a wicked defense, and a running game even finding success behind a hobbled OL, this team is primed for a deep run into the winter.

Jamison Crowder and Denzel Mims are both out for the Jets this week, and Breshad Perriman is not operating at 100-percent. Chris Hogan only caught one of four targets for zero yards in his Jets debut, but that doesn’t matter as much as the projected opportunity spike he’s set to enjoy. He already logged a 100.0-percent Snap Share in his first game with the team, and is now set to become an active member of a passing game that will be active due to trailing in games a good amount.

Jordan Reed is not dead yet; he’s worth a stash and a possible spot start against the Jets. Especially in TE-premium formats. His 55.6-percent Slot Rate ranked No. 2 among all tight ends and only behind Trent Taylor among 49ers pass-catchers in Week 1. His 22.2-percent Hog Rate also ranked No. 2 among all tight ends, meaning he was already a passing game focal point when on the field.

DeSean Jackson was peppered downfield with targets from Carson Wentz in Week 1, amassing 214 Air Yards, the most on the week. Unfortunately, Weintz was sacked eight times and seldom had time in the pocket to allow for downfield routes to fully develop. With right tackle Lane Johnson expected back in Week 2, look for Wentz to finally hook up with Jackson this week.

Fifth-round rookie Quintez Cephus saw a surprising ten targets with Kenny Golladay out of the lineup in Week 1. Seeing 24.4-percent of Matthew Stafford’s passes, Cephus finished No. 9 in the league in Air Yards for Week 1. He also failed to capitalize on the bulk of these targets, finishing with only 7.3 fantasy points. There’s a chance that he was plain unlucky. Priced near the minimum on DraftKings, he’s a worthy gamble to bounce back in Week 2.

It’s happening. Parris Campbell is finally breaking out. The sophomore WR dealt with a plethora of injuries as a rookie, but has finally captured a starting job for the Colts. More importantly, he ran out of the slot on an NFL-leading 55 snaps. With his 4.31 (100th-percentile among qualified wide receivers) speed and 135.5 (97th-percentile) Burst Score, he’s in the ideal role for a fantasy receiver against a Minnesota secondary that should be aggressively targeted in DFS.

The Chiefs have the third-highest implied team total at 28 points. While the Chargers play at a middling Pace (2.40 offensive plays per minute), they’ll certainly need to push it to keep up with the explosiveness of their opponent. This game environment gives Mike Williams a high target floor with a monster ceiling. That’s a pretty good combination for a guy that costs $4200.

With Kenny Golladay ruled out again, the Lions facing a burnable Packers defense in Week 2. Only priced at $3800 on DraftKings, Quintez Cephus is close to a free square this week. While missing his top target and facing mostly positive Game Script, Matthew Stafford still dished out 42 (No. 6) pass attempts. Combine that passing volume with his 8.8 (No. 6) Air Yards per Attempt and we have a QB ready to put up massive numbers.

This week, the Chargers face the fearsome Kansas City Chiefs. Given the offense they’ll be going against, they will have no choice but to unleash Taylor given the likelihood that they face negative Game Script. With Taylor costing only $5300 (QB23) and Williams at only $4200 (tied for WR60 and $1500 cheaper than Keenan Allen), this stack presents maximum upside while unlocking salary for a loaded RB corps.

In Week 1, Davante Adams smoked Minnesota’s young defensive backs for 156 yards on his own. The Packers receivers racked up 315 yards, second to only Atlanta’s 401 yards. Parris Campbell and T.Y. Hilton bring upper 90th-percentile 40-Yard-Dash scores into matchups with inexperienced slow corners. Minnesota’s lack of speed was evident on Sunday, giving up three receptions of over 38 yards. 

The Podfather’s Monkey Knife Fight Prop of The Week comes from Nashville, Tennessee. We see Jacksonville leaning on James Robinson after he received all 16 running back carries for Jacksonville in Week 1. The only UDFA to ever start at RB in Week 1, Robinson averaged 3.9 yards per carry in his pro debut. Expect the Jags to continue their slow-paced offensive approach from Week 1, pounding the rock early to counter Derrick Henry.

Nick Chubb’s fantasy football value should’ve never been questioned after Week 1. Against an inferior defense in Week 2, the Browns offense did what fans wanted to see, dominate. A third of Kareem Hunt’s touches, though, came on the Browns’ second-to-last drive of the game, including nearly 50-percent of his total yardage. Hunt managed only eight touches prior to this. This is an important note for fantasy gamers with Hunt on their roster.

On the heels of a report that he’s on his way out of Cleveland, Odell Beckham captivated fans and teammates with his 43-yard touchdown grab on Thursday night. Beckham paced the Browns’ receiving corps in all major receiving categories as well. He led the way with six targets, four receptions, 74 yards, and a touchdown. No other receiver totaled more than three, indicating Beckham is the alpha in the offense. That’s important considering Kevin Stefanski deploys a run-first attack.

Parris Campbell is priced at $4,500 on Draftkings for a matchup with a vulnerable Vikings secondary that was shredded for 364 yards and four touchdowns in Week 1. The Colts are three point underdogs in one of the higher over/under games on the slate. It sets up nicely to be another high-volume game for Campbell and the passing attack. He’s one evaded tackle away from a long score and massive fantasy outing.

When identifying wide receivers with GPP-winning upside, we look for guys seeing downfield and red zone targets. That’s Mike Williams’ game all the way. He perfectly fits the mold of a good tournament play. Los Angeles is an 8.5-point home underdog against the league’s best offense, so Game Script should work in his favor. At $4,200 on Draftkings, we won’t find a much better value in Week 2.
