This is a week where expensive wide receivers will be extreme popular. Injuries have made Mike Gillislee and Jacquizz Rodgers viable cash game plays while opening up a lot of salary cap space to afford multiple stud receivers. Julio Jones, A.J. Green, and Mike Evans are all in extremely favorable spots and will be among the most popular plays in DFS this week.

We can leverage this with several wideouts in the same price range that will be overlooked. The receiver I’m most excited about is Brandon Marshall. Ryan Fitzpatrick was playing poorly, yet Marshall was still productive. Switching to Geno Smith is a lateral move yet it’s being viewed as a death sentence.

Mike Evan and DeMarco Murray are top buy-high candidates at the halfway point of the fantasy season based on advanced stats and metrics player profiles.
