Pull up a stool because we need to talk before your leaguemates figure this stuff out, too. Every offseason, there’s a handful of guys whose dynasty value is basically riding on vibes, hype, and a rookie draft high from three months ago, and once camp reports start rolling in, that value can evaporate in a blink.
The trick isn’t finding the next breakout. It’s recognizing which shiny objects in your lineup are priced for perfection and cashing in before the league catches on. Here are 10 names I’d be actively shopping right now, along with exactly what I’d be asking for in return. Grab a drink, and let’s get into it.

How Do I Say Goodbye?
Carnell Tate | Tennessee Titans | WR11
Right now, the market is pricing rookie Carnell Tate like he’s a lock to be quarterback Cam Ward’s clear-cut No. 1, and that’s a lot of value to attach to something that hasn’t been proven on the field yet.
If Tate doesn’t separate himself as “the guy” in that offense, this number comes back to earth in a hurry. Use the current hype while it’s at a fever pitch and try to flip him for a legitimate, established WR1 like Drake London, CeeDee Lamb, or Justin Jefferson.
TreVeyon Henderson | New England Patriots | RB10
TreVeyon Henderson‘s RB10 price tag assumes a role change that honestly might not be as drastic as everyone thinks. What we’re expecting for this year could look a lot like his 2025 usage. Once the market clocks that, then the “dip” comes next.
Treveyon Henderson rookie year
911 yds rushing (2nd among rookies), 5.06 yds per carry, 35 receptions (3rd among rookies), 221 yds receiving 10 total TDs, RB21 overall
3 games without Stevenson: RB15, RB4, RB3

Get ahead of it now and target a back like Jonathan Taylor, or pivot to a true WR2 like Nico Collins or George Pickens.
Jaxson Dart | New York Giants | QB9
Jaxson Dart‘s QB9 ranking is built on a foundation that could crack if Malik Nabers isn’t 100% healthy, given how fragile his market value is.
This is the exact window to tier down into a proven win-now guy. Look at Dak Prescott, Bo Nix, or Brock Purdy, and try to squeeze a usable second asset into the deal.
I’ll Take With Me the Memories
Trevor Lawrence | Jacksonville Jaguars | QB10
Same story here as Dart, just a different jersey. The QB10 price for Trevor Lawrence is propped up more by hope than certainty, which makes this the right time to trade down for stability. Chase a Prescott, Nix, or Purdy-type and grab an extra piece while the gettin’s good.
Luther Burden III | Chicago Bears | WR17
There’s just too much uncertainty in the Bears’ receiver room to comfortably call Luther Burden III a top-50 dynasty asset right now. No one has earned the alpha role yet, and that uncertainty is the kind of thing that quietly tanks a price tag.
It only took

Flip him for a league-winning back like Chase Brown, or if you’d rather stay at receiver, pivot into someone with a more settled outlook like DeVonta Smith.
Marvin Harrison Jr. | Arizona Cardinals | WR24
Marvin Harrison Jr.‘s floor could realistically be WR35 or worse by the time Week 1 kicks off, because the market’s about to get a rude reminder that Arizona’s quarterback situation isn’t great. Not only that, Michael Wilson is still very much on this roster, eating targets.
This is a great window to flip MHJ for a proven veteran running back like Christian McCaffrey or Saquon Barkley, or even sidestep into a receiver with a clearer path like Tee Higgins, Garrett Wilson, or Zay Flowers.
Travis Hunter | Jacksonville Jaguars | WR50
The ranking says WR50, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that there’s no urgency here. Travis Hunter might be the single biggest sell alarm on the list, and it’s blaring.

The clock is ticking on Jacksonville to quietly reveal that he’s a full-time cornerback who logs only a snap or two on offense per game. Move him now while managers still believe in the two-way dream, and target either an aging vet still producing fantasy points or a young, unproven player who could pay off further down the line.
If We Get to See Tomorrow
Kenyon Sadiq | New York Jets | TE9
Nobody wants to trade a first-round rookie pick six months after making it. However, the Jets project to be a slow-moving offense, and only one football to go around. That’s not a great recipe for a rookie tight end’s target share.
Cash in that Kenyon Sadiq chip now for difference makers like Derrick Henry, Bucky Irving, or Kyler Murray before his touches get spread thin.

Emeka Egbuka | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | WR10
Nothing but respect for the talent and the situation, but fellow wideouts Chris Godwin and rookie Ted Hurst are both real threats to siphon looks away from Emeka Egbuka in camp.
This might genuinely be as good as his price tag ever gets, which is exactly why you sell. Especially if it means landing a legit top 5-8 dynasty receiver in return.
Ladd McConkey | Los Angeles Chargers | WR15
After two years in the league, Ladd McConkey has never actually finished as a top-15 receiver on a per-game basis. That puts the ranking too far ahead of the production.
If Oronde Gadsden, Tre Harris, Omarion Hampton, or even David Njoku pop in camp, McConkey’s number could slide several spots… fast. Move him now for running backs Taylor or Walker, or receiver Chris Olave, before that happens.
It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday
The common thread among all the names on this list is the same. Their current price tag is built on a story that hasn’t even been confirmed, whether that’s a role, a health status, a target share, or a coaching staff’s plan. Markets like that are the most fun to trade in, because everyone else is still operating off last month’s hype while you’re already three steps ahead.

None of this means these guys are bad players. As a matter of fact, several of them could absolutely prove the doubters wrong. Dynasty is a game of asset management as much as it is talent evaluation, though. Selling into strength beats selling into panic every single time. Get your offers out before camp reports start flying, because once the league catches up, that leverage is gone.
