Week 4 Fantasy Football Streaming Options

Week 4 is our last week without bye weeks for a while. The players listed below are primarily intended as streamers for this week, but they could also contribute during bye weeks.

Injuries are also creating urgency, especially after Week 3. Fantasy managers who roster CeeDee Lamb, James Conner, or Najee Harris may be looking for contributors for the foreseeable future.

Every week, this article will focus on players available in at least 50% of Yahoo leagues, as well as some deep sleepers rostered in less than 20% of leagues. Without further ado, here are the best Week 4 streaming options at every position.

Quarterback Streaming Options Week 4

Carson Wentz, Minnesota Vikings at Pittsburgh Steelers (Dublin) (7% rostered)

Carson Wentz‘s first game with the Vikings was a success. Not only did Minnesota dominate against the Cincinnati Bengals in a 48-10 win, but Wentz completed 14 of 20 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns. The veteran quarterback moved the ball down the field with ease, completing passes to six different players.

The strong performance earned Wentz another start (to be fair, J.J. McCarthy would have been a long shot to play even if Wentz had played poorly). Wentz’s second start will be overseas, but it comes against a Pittsburgh secondary that has struggled to start the season. Pittsburgh is 25th in expected points added allowed to quarterbacks (16.5) and 27th in explosive pass rate against (10.9%).

Wentz should have no problem attacking down the field, especially with Jordan Addison set to return from his suspension. Wentz should be able to provide another high-floor effort with a low-end QB1 ceiling in Week 4.

Deep Sleeper: Jaxson Dart, New York Giants vs. Los Angeles Chargers (19% rostered)

It only took three weeks for the Giants to pivot from Russell Wilson to 2025 first-round pick Jaxson Dart. Dart had a successful preseason, throwing for 372 yards with three touchdowns while adding six carries for 52 yards and a touchdown. The rookie was a decisive passer and wasn’t afraid to attack down the field.

Jaxson Dart Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Unfortunately, Dart’s first matchup as a starting quarterback is brutal. The Los Angeles Chargers have the second-lowest expected points added (-27.8) and the lowest passing success rate against (32.7%) in the first three weeks. The rookie quarterback could struggle against a strong defense, but Dart also has big-play ability with both his arm and legs. Starting him is a swing for the fences in Week 4, but it could end up in a strikeout.

Running Back Streaming Options Week 4

Chris Rodriguez Jr., Washington Commanders at Atlanta Falcons (10% rostered)

Chris Rodriguez made his 2025 debut in Week 3 after being a healthy scratch for the first two weeks of the season. With Austin Ekeler on the injured reserve, Rodriguez was able to see the field, handling a 37.9% snap share with 11 carries for 39 yards.

The Commanders utilized a three-headed backfield in Week 3, which likely won’t change heading into the future. But Rodriguez showed enough in his first game action to earn a consistent role in that backfield going forward. The offense will have plenty of scoring opportunities once Jayden Daniels returns to the field, giving Rodriguez weekly touchdown upside.

Deep Sleeper: Zavier Scott, Minnesota Vikings at Pittsburgh Steelers (1% rostered)

We knew that Jordan Mason would become the lead running back in Minnesota with Aaron Jones on injured reserve.  However, we also learned that Minnesota was comfortable utilizing UDFA Zavier Scott as the complement to Mason in the backfield.

Zavier Scott Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Scott logged a 28.3% snap share in Week 3, handling eight carries for 30 yards and one reception for 20 yards. A majority of Scott’s work (five carries) took place before the fourth quarter of a blowout game, so this wasn’t just a box score earned through stat padding.

Scott’s role isn’t a slam dunk going forward since the Vikings’ other depth back, Cam Akers, has experience in Minnesota’s offense. However, Scott did have a successful showing in his limited role behind Mason, which should warrant further opportunities.

Honorable Mention: Woody Marks, Houston Texans vs Tennessee Titans (22% rostered)

Rookie running back Woody Marks has seen his snap share grow each week, starting at 11.1% in Week 1 and hitting a season-high 47.6% in Week 3. As a result, Marks has gradually taken on more opportunities in Houston’s backfield, culminating in six carries for 27 yards and one reception for nine yards in Week 3’s loss to the Jaguars.

Marks was an elite receiving back in college, racking up 261 receptions for 1,546 yards and five touchdowns in five collegiate seasons at Mississippi State and USC. However, he took a huge step as a pure rusher in his final season (198 carries for 1,113 yards and nine touchdowns), which helped him get drafted in the fourth round by Houston.

Woody Marks Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Nick Chubb has just a 29.4% success rate rushing the football this year despite averaging 4.1 yards per carry. There is room for Marks to continue to expand his role in the offense beyond his contributions in the passing attack.

Wide Receiver Streaming Options Week 4

Elic Ayomanor, Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans (29% rostered)

Elic Ayomanor is establishing himself as the most reliable wide receiver for rookie Cameron Ward. Ayomanor leads the Titans in receiving touchdowns (two), is second on the team in targets (18) and receptions (10), and third in receiving yards (107). Ayomanor has at least five targets in every game and has posted back-to-back weeks with four receptions, 38+ receiving yards, and a touchdown.

Elic Ayomanor Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

There isn’t much working for the Titans’ passing offense right now, but Ayomanor is carving out a consistent role. According to PlayerProfiler’s advanced metrics, he is a top-30 wide receiver in air yards (241), air yards share (34.4%), average target distance (13.4), and red zone targets (three).

If Ward can push through his rookie struggles to become more consistent under center, then the passing game will elevate along with him. Ayomanor has been a fantasy-relevant receiver the past two weeks, but still has plenty of room to grow. His matchup against the Texans is far from easy, but it becomes more palatable with Derek Stingley Jr. set to miss the game. That makes him a solid streaming option.

Deep Sleeper: KaVontae Turpin, Dallas Cowboys vs Green Bay Packers (10% rostered)

The Cowboys will need players to step up with CeeDee Lamb set to miss the next three to four weeks with a high-ankle sprain. Most of the targets will funnel to George Pickens and Jake Ferguson, but there will still be opportunities for other players to emerge. One to watch is KaVonte Turpin.

Turpin has never been a focal point of Dallas’ offense, but he’s shown the ability to provide boom weeks over the last two seasons. In the Cowboys’ last two games, Turpin has seen seven targets, six receptions, 111 yards, and a touchdown through the air while adding three carries for 10 yards.

The speedy receiver was still playing behind Jalen Tolbert after Lamb went down with an injury, but he is the most explosive weapon on Dallas’s offense. The team could try to lean on him to create big plays down the field against a questionable Packers secondary in Week 4.

Honorable Mention: Darnell Mooney, Atlanta Falcons vs Washington Commanders (44% rostered)

Darnell Mooney missed Week 1 due to a shoulder injury suffered in training camp. Since returning, he has led the Falcons in targets with 15. Mooney hasn’t been able to produce much on those targets (six receptions for 66 yards) due to Michael Penix Jr.‘s inconsistency throwing down the field, but that will hopefully correct soon.

Washington has allowed the most yards per reception this season (13.6) and the fifth-highest rate of explosive passes (20+ yards) at 16.4%. That plays well to Mooney’s strengths, setting him up for a boom week.

Tight End Streaming Options Week 4

Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns at Detroit Lions (40% rostered)

Harold Fannin Jr. continues to see a steady diet of targets in Cleveland’s offense, even if the production attached to the target share is inconsistent. Fannin has at least four targets and three receptions in all three games this season, but he’s seen his yardage drop each week.

Harold Fannin Jr. Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Fannin has also steadily held a 63% or higher snap share in his first three weeks, so he will continue to get opportunities in the passing attack. Week 4’s opponent, the Detroit Lions, can also score on Cleveland’s awesome defense, which would help Cleveland stay in passing situations. That could be enough to help him get his yardage totals back up.

Deep Sleeper: Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers at New York Giants (1% rostered)

An injury to Will Dissly helped rookie Oronde Gadsden II see the field last week after being inactive in Weeks 1 and 2, and he made the most of the opportunity.

Gadsden only ran 15 routes (28.3% route participation) yet caught five of seven targets for 46 yards. The rookie posted elite numbers in targets per route run (0.47) and yards per route run (3.07) with a 15.6% first read rate.

Oronde Gadsden II Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

After the game, head coach Jim Harbaugh stated that Gadsden’s strong debut earned him a bigger role in the offense. Gadsden has the size and explosiveness to be a mismatch in the middle of the field. He’s an excellent way to get an inexpensive piece of the Chargers’ passing attack.
