Week 7 Fantasy Football Streaming Options

At this point in the season, finding streaming options on the fantasy football waiver wire is getting difficult. Some fantasy managers are picking up strong options to counter bye weeks. Others are working to keep their lineups afloat due to injuries.

Either way, being able to identify and add players who are under the radar as streaming options can be the difference between making the playoffs or burning out.

This article will focus on players available in at least 50% of Yahoo leagues, as well as some deep sleepers rostered in less than 20% of leagues. Without further ado, here are the best Week 7 streaming options at every position.

Quarterback Streaming Options Week 7

Spencer Rattler, New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears (7% rostered)

Spencer Rattler won the Saints’ starting quarterback job over 2025 second-round pick Tyler Shough this offseason and has given the team very little reason to turn to the rookie (outside of their win/loss record).

From a fantasy perspective, Rattler’s production has rarely yielded usable weeks. He has just one top 12 positional finish this season (QB10 in Week 2, 21.7 points) and one additional top 20 finish (QB19 in Week 5, 16.1 points). Rattler is completing 68.5% of his passes this season and has six touchdowns to one interception. He has also recorded at least four carries in five of his six games.

Spencer Rattler Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

The second-year quarterback has had back-to-back games where he has set a career-high in yards per attempt, averaging 7.3 in Week 5 and 8.7 in Week 6. Rattler’s newfound willingness to push the ball down the field, combined with his situational rushing ability, does give him a bit of upside in fantasy.

His Week 7 opponent, the Chicago Bears, have an offense that can create a negative game script for the Saints and a defense that can be exploited through the air. Chicago has generated the second most interceptions this season (eight), but they can also be caught gambling and giving up big plays. Hopefully that’s enough for Rattler to have a solid day.

Deep Sleeper: Dillon Gabriel, Cleveland Browns vs Miami Dolphins (5% rostered)

Dillon Gabriel has had one solid fantasy performance (16.1 points, QB19) and one subpar effort (8.8 points, QB27) in his two starts this season. Since taking over as the Browns’ starter, Gabriel has attempted 85 passes in two games, but he is completing fewer than 58% of his passes.

However, the rookie’s Week 7 matchup against the Miami Dolphins is too good to ignore. Quarterbacks are averaging the second most fantasy points per game against Miami this season (22.8) with 1,403 passing yards, 11 touchdowns, and one interception in six games. The Dolphins have also surrendered the most rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season (four).

The early returns on Gabriel haven’t been great, but Week 7 allows him to face off against a subpar opponent.

Running Back Streaming Options Week 7

Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans vs New England Patriots (27% rostered)

Tyjae Spears missed the first four games of the season on the Injured Reserve with a high-ankle sprain. The third-year running back returned to the field in Week 5 with a modest showing (four carries for 14 yards on a 25.4% snap share).

Thankfully, Spears saw a significant role increase in his second week. His snap share jumped to 59%. He also saw more involvement in the passing attack, catching all four of his targets for 19 yards after receiving zero targets in his debut.

The Titans’ offense will look different now that head coach Brian Callahan has been fired. The team is also incentivized to see what some of their younger players can contribute for the future. That opens up an opportunity for Spears to see an expanded role going forward.

At worst, the third-year running back will continue to see a steady role as a pass catcher on an offense that will continue to be in negative game scripts. At best, he will handle pass-catching duties and get more opportunities on the ground for a team trying to identify offensive pillars going forward.

Deep Sleeper: Zavier Scott, Minnesota Vikings vs Philadelphia Eagles (1% rostered)

The Vikings have one more week with Aaron Jones on the injured reserve, which means Zavier Scott will have one more week as the RB2 behind Jordan Mason. In the three games leading into Minnesota’s Week 6 bye, Scott averaged a 29.9% snap share and totalled 15 carries for 49 yards and seven receptions (on nine targets) for 63 yards and a touchdown.

Zavier Scott Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

The Vikings are set to play the Eagles in Week 7, and while Philadelphia’s offense has looked disjointed to start the year, they still have more than enough talent to put up a lot of offensive production at any given time. Scott could see an increased role as a pass catcher in a negative game script against a defense that has allowed the 12th most receiving yards to running backs (217) this season.

Honorable Mention: Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers (38% rostered)

Tyler Allgeier has a 25% or higher snap share and double-digit carries in four of five games this season. The veteran running back has three games with at least 30 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Allgeier has a consistent role in Atlanta’s backfield and will face off against a 49ers defense missing their best defensive lineman (Nick Bosa) and linebacker (Fred Warner) for the rest of the season. That makes him worth considering as a streaming option for Week 7.

Wide Receiver Streaming Options Week 7

Sterling Shepard, Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions (11% rostered)

The Buccaneers’ passing attack took another hit in Week 6 when Emeka Egbuka suffered a hamstring injury that is expected to sideline him for the foreseeable future. That, combined with prior injuries to Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (fibula), puts the Buccaneers’ passing attack in a bind.

Sterling Shepard has a history with Baker Mayfield dating back to their Oklahoma days and has been the most consistent tertiary weapon in the Buccaneers’ passing attack this season. Shepard has averaged a 59.8% snap share, 4.5 targets, 3.2 receptions, and 40.3 receiving yards per game this season.

The Buccaneers are expecting to get Evans back this week, but they will still be without Egbuka and Godwin. Shepard will likely function as the team’s primary slot receiver this week (120 slot snaps, 49.8% in 2025), which is an area that Mayfield attacks. The Lions will also be without three starters from their secondary due to injuries and suspensions, making Shepard an extra appealing play.

Deep Sleeper: Jordan Whittington, Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars (6% rostered)

Puka Nacua is set to miss Week 7’s game due to an ankle injury. That leaves Jordan Whittington in a position to be fantasy relevant against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jordan Whittington Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Whittington has already had a minor role in the Rams’ passing attack this season (13 targets, 10 receptions, and 112 receiving yards in five games). However, his role increased greatly in 2024 when Nacua wasn’t on the field. During those games, Whittington averaged 5.4 targets, 4.2 receptions, and 57.4 receiving yards to go with 10.2 PPR points per game.

The Rams rank fifth in pass rate over expectation to start the season (+2.1%), giving Whittington ample opportunity to put up a solid fantasy day in the wake of Nacua’s injury.

Tight End Streaming Options Week 7

Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns vs Miami Dolphins (49% rostered)

Harold Fannin Jr. had the most productive game of his rookie season in Week 6, catching seven of 10 targets for 81 yards. Fannin had his highest fantasy point total (15.1) and his third game finishing in the top 12 of tight end scorers this season. He also has three straight games with a red zone target and four total red zone targets on the season.

More importantly, David Njoku suffered a knee injury during Cleveland’s game against the Green Bay Packers and has been ruled out for Week 7’s game against the Miami Dolphins. That will allow Fannin to take on a more prominent role in the passing attack.

Miami is allowing the fifth most fantasy points per game to tight ends this season (9.6) and has given up the third most receiving yards to the position (410). With Njoku out, Fannin could take advantage of this matchup with a usable outing.

Deep Sleeper: Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers vs Indianapolis Colts (2% rostered)

Quentin Johnston‘s injury in Week 6 gave rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II an opportunity to have an expanded role in the Chargers’ passing attack. He responded with a season-high eight targets, seven receptions, and 68 receiving yards, leading to a top 12 tight end finish (11.8 PPR points).

Oronde Gadsden II Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

Gadsden has seen his snap share increase from 25.6% in Week 3 to 75% in Week 6. He has seemingly surpassed both Will Dissly (40% snap share) and Tyler Conklin (4% snap share) on the depth chart.

Targets won’t be easy to come by when the Chargers’ wide receiver group is completely healthy, but Gadsden is a mismatch in the middle of the field and has run a route on over 57% of the Chargers’ drop-backs the last two weeks. He has at least seven targets in two of his last four games. That level of involvement is enough to have him on the fantasy radar.
