by Seth Diewold
Najee checks all of the boxes in order to qualify as a contender for the RB1 crown. First, his 91st-percentile speed score (110.2) qualifies him as having an elite trait. Secondly, Najee has proven to be dominant in both the NFL and in college. Last season, Najee posted a dominator rating of 30.1-percent, which ranked him No. 5 in the NFL amongst running backs. Thirdly, Najee has multiple paths to fantasy points- both in the rushing and receiving game.

What Qualities Make an RB1?

by Seth Diewold
Have you drafted the wrong running back in the past? Are you tired of the Clyde Edwards Helaire's of the fantasy world letting you down? Want to find yourself the next Alvin Kamara or Jonathan Taylor? Well, you've come to the right place. Consider this article dating advice for finding the right running back in your fantasy leagues. This article asks, what qualities make up the RB1 in fantasy football? This is part one in a series of articles that will be breaking down this topic, so stay tuned! In order to be an RB1 in fantasy football, their Dominator Rating needs to be at least 34.0-percent. This was what Alvin Kamara's was the year he became the RB1 in 2020. This was the lowest mark of any RB1 over the last five seasons.  It's fair to say, this is a mark any potential RB1 should be able to hit.

Back to Basics: Mike Gesicki = THE Dynasty TE1?

by Seth Diewold
The tight end throne has been taken for quite some time because Travis Kelce is the undisputed tight end champion of the world. All the talk at the beginning of the 2021 season was between tight ends T.J. Hockenson, Darren Waller, George Kittle, maybe Kyle Pitts, and of course Kelce. Mike Gesicki was so far down that he was an afterthought TE. The truth is Gesicki is now the number one contender for the TE 1 crown. Don't make the mistake of upgrading him too slowly like many fantasy analysts do. My prediction is Mike Gesicki will gradually fall down the ranks this year as Miami's quarterback struggles will continue. He will finish anywhere from No. 5 to No. 10 in fantasy scoring, but his ADP won't reflect his true upside. My guess is next year he will be overshadowed by players like T.J. Hockenson, Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, Mark Andrews, and of course Travis Kelce. However, Gesicki will be the best value tight end drafted, and has a good chance to be the best tight end in fantasy football.
