We offer four Sunday morning fantasy football pick-ups based on advanced stats & metrics profiles. Add Geno Smith, Mike Davis, Marqise Lee and C.J. Fiedorowicz before they become next week’s waiver targets.

C.J. Fiedorowicz has outscored Ryan Griffin in three straight games and looks a lot like Rob Gronkowski. CJF is currently sitting at 2.00 Fantasy Points per Target (No. 9) with the position’s eight-best Production Premium and second-best Target Premium.

Brandin Cooks’ 13.7 Volatility Score on PlayerProfiler is No. 3 among NFL wide receivers propelled by two 30-point weeks so far this season. DFS grinders often stay away from Saints players on the road, making Cooks a perfectly contrarian GPP play this week.

Rob Gronkowski’s presence does not marginalize Bennett as the Patriots have played two-tight end sets on 73-percent of plays since Gronkowski returned to the active lineup. Bennett has the size and athleticism to post a multi-touchdown game on any given week.

Revenge game? Charles Clay and Mike Gillislee were drafted by the Dolphins and have found themselves on the Bills. Clay has five receptions in each of his last three games. With Robert Woods and LeSean McCoy looking doubtful, the passing game will need a playmaker.

The 49ers have been lit up by RB’s this season, notably LeSean McCoy, but they were also burned by one Fozzy Whittaker. Play Jacquizz Rodgers with confidence this week.

This is a week where expensive wide receivers will be extreme popular. Injuries have made Mike Gillislee and Jacquizz Rodgers viable cash game plays while opening up a lot of salary cap space to afford multiple stud receivers. Julio Jones, A.J. Green, and Mike Evans are all in extremely favorable spots and will be among the most popular plays in DFS this week.

We can leverage this with several wideouts in the same price range that will be overlooked. The receiver I’m most excited about is Brandon Marshall. Ryan Fitzpatrick was playing poorly, yet Marshall was still productive. Switching to Geno Smith is a lateral move yet it’s being viewed as a death sentence.

Mike Evan and DeMarco Murray are top buy-high candidates at the halfway point of the fantasy season based on advanced stats and metrics player profiles.

DeMarco Murray plays for a team averaging 30 rushing plays per game propelled by a highly efficient run blocking offensive line evidenced by a 139.7 (No. 4) PlayerProfiler offensive line rating.

The Jets backfield is now a committee, and Bilal Powell is a more valuable fantasy option than Matt Forte. Forte is already starting to see less opportunity, and Powell is steadily earning more snaps as the season progresses.

Bilal Powell has been more productive than Forte this season despite being given less of a workload. On a Jets team with a poor defense and a quarterback with check down tendencies, the external forces favor Powell. With fairly low ownership, Powell is a must-add if available.

I knight thee Kenny Britt, fantasy team odor protector. The RotoUnderworld Team provides ten players, including Britt, to target across fantasy football formats.

Cornerbacks and hairlines alike, they all must recede in the presence of Lord Perriman and his 125.7 Height Adjusted Speed Score (99th-percentile). Consider him a late season waiver flower, beginning to bloom early.

The most recent laughable false fantasy football narrative is “Ben Roethlisberger struggles on the road.” Don’t be fooled by randomness, and play Roethlisberger, the NFL leader in passing touchdowns, against a QB-friendly Miami secondary.

Without knowing if Malcolm Butler will shadow Green, a “Bill Belichick always takes away an opponent’s best weapon” anecdote is the sole case against the future Hall of Famer. Fade the narrative, and start Green and his irrationally low ownership.

The Bears wide receiver corps has one of the easiest schedules going forward, highlighted by games against Green Bay, Tampa Bay, Detroit, and Washington. With notable performances from Cameron Meredith, Alshon Jeffery, and Eddie Royal already, we break down all three and their fantasy outlook for the rest of the season.

While Cameron Meredith was the fantasy football play-of-the-week for NFL week 5, Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal offer more predictable production at depressed current prices across fantasy football formats.

In the mind of most fantasy football owners Will Fuller is running circles around Hopkins. That’s simply not so. Hopkins has two more targets, two more receptions, one more touchdown, and only trails the speedy rookie by 44 receiving yards.

The name that keeps screaming at me in DFS is DeAndre Hopkins. Back in Week 1, Hopkins went for $8,800 on DraftKings, and his salary is down to $7,700 for week 6.
