Undervalued Dynasty Wide Receivers (2025 Fantasy Football)

Undervalued Dynasty Wide Receivers

Season after season, players with potential and high hopes for a breakout year as rookies do not quite live up to those expectations. There are several reasons why this may be the case, but one thing that we all need in fantasy football, especially in Dynasty, is patience. So many factors prevent these breakouts; these could be as simple as quarterback play, offensive scheme, or team philosophy. Expected breakouts often don’t materialize for wide receivers in the league, especially rookies. Timing and chemistry won’t happen overnight with a rookie coming into a new team and a new quarterback. This is where the patience comes in. Below, I will break down three sophomore wide receivers who are being undervalued for Dynasty leagues in 2025 after failing to break out as rookies.

Undervalued Dynasty Wide Receivers

WR Keon Coleman, Buffalo Bills

Keaon Coleman landed in a great spot in Buffalo. The Bills have an All-Pro quarterback in Josh Allen, and their wide receiver room is very lackluster. However, he finished his 2024 campaign with just 556 yards and four receiving touchdowns. The former 33rd overall selection also had 19.2 yards per reception in his rookie season. The ceiling is still high for Coleman, and the fact that the Bills also decided not to draft a wide receiver until the seventh round in this year’s draft shows you how they feel about Coleman being the premier pass catcher in Buffalo.

Coleman’s ADP is 110.0, which puts the Buffalo Bills wide receiver around the tenth round in Dynasty drafts. The value there is excellent if you can draft a team’s WR1 in the tenth round of Dynasty drafts. Compared to Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze, who is currently the WR21 and going in the fifth round despite being in a crowded receiver room with a quarterback nowhere close to Josh Allen, Keon Coleman feels like a steal.

WR Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs

If I told you a wide receiver ran a 4.21 40-yard dash, and played with a Super Bowl-winning MVP quarterback, but is currently being drafted in the sixth round of Dynasty drafts, would you laugh at me? Well, look no further than Xavier Worthy. Worthy finished the 2024 season with 904 receiving yards and six touchdowns, and yes, I understand Rashee Rice was injured, but Worthy was drafted in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft and can become a WR1 in the NFL. His blazing speed and current situation playing with Patrick Mahomes also help.

Remember, there hasn’t been a player like Worthy on the Chiefs since Tyreek Hill played there. As it just so happens, he was also fast. Worthy is currently being drafted in the sixth round of Dynasty drafts and is the WR23 overall. His ADP is 63.0, which seems a little low considering Rice is returning from a significant injury and dealing with a legal issue off the field. If you can grab Worthy in your leagues for cheap, please do so now and thank me later.

WR Marvin Harrison Jr., Arizona Cardinals

There have been many questions about Marvin Harrison Jr. in the fantasy world. Many are asking if he is a bust or overvalued. Harrison finished his rookie season with 885 receiving yards and eight touchdowns. He had 116 targets and 62 receptions with Kyler Murray as his quarterback. Some have said it was an underwhelming season because Harrison only scored 11.6 points per game as a rookie, but that’s not terrible. This is where patience comes into play; in 2025, Harrison will be a dominant WR1 for dynasty managers.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile

His Athleticism Score is 104.4, and he has a best player comparison of A.J. Green. Arizona’s wide receiver room is nothing to be desired outside of the former Buckeye. Harrison’s current ADP is 23.0, which puts him in the second round of many Dynasty drafts and at WR11 overall. Right now, Harrison can be bought at a discount, not a huge discount, but a discount nonetheless. If you can afford to make a deal for him, do it before it’s too late and his value skyrockets.
