Miami faced off against Buffalo in an AFC East clash for Thursday night football. In a game where the Bills were heavy favorites, the Dolphins were able to trade blows and keep the game close for much of the night. The Dolphins went into the half tied after an impressive 16-play drive ending with a Waddle TD. They then started the 4th with a Hill TD to tie the game again. Unfortunately, due to a penalty and then a turnover, Miami saw its record fall to 0-3.
Although both Waddle and Hill found the end zone, the offense struggled to move the ball through the air, and neither receiver was able to break 50 yards. The creative, explosive Miami offense from a couple of years ago seems to have disappeared. Hill and Waddle are in the boom or bust territory and becoming heavily touchdown dependent. After two decent fantasy outings, this may be the time to sell high on the Miami receivers.
