Sean Tucker looks to continue to be an important part of the Buccaneers’ backfield after signing a one-year extension. $2.5M is a significant amount to invest in an RB3, especially with Bucky Irving and Kenneth Gainwell on the roster.

Tampa was tempted to save money by cutting Tucker and retaining Josh Williams, but Tucker’s talent profile was too good to let go. Tucker took advantage of every opportunity given to him last year, ranking 13th in fantasy points per opportunity.
