Gabriel Davis
The Jaguars Are Parting Ways With Gabriel Davis
5 days ago

After just one season with the team, the Jaguars release wide receiver Gabriel Davis.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are making big changes to their offense. Those plans do not include wide receiver Gabriel Davis as he has been released. With head coach Liam Coen coming to town, a revival in fantasy goodness is expected with Trevor Lawrence at the helm.

The Jaguars made a bold move to support Lawrence’s ascendance by trading up to pick 2 in the NFL Draft in order to select the hybrid 2024 Heisman winner in Colorado’s Travis Hunter. Opposite of Brian Thomas Jr. the Jaguars are bound to improve significantly on offense.

As Ferris Bueller once said, “Life moves pretty fast.” With Gabriel Davis it is in the form of being released 1 year into his 3-year, $39 million contract. Look for Davis to sign a low risk 1-year deal with a wide receiver needy team. A Bills reunion immediately comes to mind.
