Top College Receiver Declares for NFL Draft
21 hours ago

After his junior season, USC wide receiver Makai Lemon has declared for the 2026 NFL Draft.

After being named the Biletnikoff award winner which is given to the top wide receiver in the country, Makai Lemon has opted to declared for the 2026 NFL Draft.

Lemon is widely considered a top three wide receiver in this draft and should be drafted in the first round. He is known for his YAC ability, contact balance and spatial awareness. In 2025 he posted 79 receptions for 1,156 yards and 11 touchdowns. The list of NFL teams who are in dire need of a wide receiver with this talent includes The Jets, Patriots, Giants, Steelers and Broncos.

Rashee Rice
Rashee Rice Sits Out Practice With Concussion
22 hours ago

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice has missed two straight days of practice with a concussion, week 16 status in doubt.

Rashee Rice missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday for the Kansas City Chiefs leading up to their week 16 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is done for the season and now they might be without their top wide receiver.

Kansas City is already looking towards the 2026 season after being eliminated from the playoffs last week so they might start prioritizing players health down the stretch.

Gardner Minshew will start the final three games for the Chiefs which lowers the floor and ceiling of all Chiefs players, combine that with having nothing to play for and fantasy managers should avoid Chiefs players where they can.

Patrick Mahomes
Patrick Mahomes Has Successful Knee Surgery
23 hours ago

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has successful knee surgery and is looking at a nine month recovery time.

Patrick Mahomes had successful knee surgery to repair a torn ACL and LCL, with a nine month timeline there’s a chance Mahomes is ready for the Kansas City Chiefs week one game of the 2026 season. Mahomes suffered the injury in the Chiefs loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in week 15.

The loss eliminated the Chiefs from the playoffs and the focus turns to Mahomes rehab and the 2026 season. The Chiefs struggled on offense this year and face more questions than just Mahomes health entering the offseason.

Jadarian Price
Notre Dame RB Jadarian Price Declares for the NFL Draft
1 day ago

Running Back Jadarian Price of Notre Dame has declared for the 2026 NFL Draft, he projects as a day 2 prospect.

Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price was never the bell cow back like his teammate Jeremiyah Love, but he made his fair share of big plays. Price would have been a starter for 99% of any other college team. Price has great size at 5’11” and 209 pounds and long speed as evidenced by his 3 career kickoff return touchdowns.

Jadarian Price is projected as the RB2 behind his Notre Dame teammate in Love. Teams that are needing running back help include the Washington Commanders, Minnesota Vikings, and Kansas City Chiefs. Should he be picked any of these teams on day 2 of the draft, he immediately projects as a top dynasty pick at running back.

Jalen Hurts
Eagles Bounce Back by Trouncing the Raiders
1 day ago

The Philadelphia Eagles shutout the moribund Las Vegas Raiders 31-0 with big games from Jalen Hurts and Dallas Goedert.

The Raiders are a great antidote for struggling offenses. Eagles fans were clamoring for starting quarterback Jalen Hurts to be benched. Hurts responded by completing 12 of 15 passes for 175 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, along with 39 rushing yards on 7 carries. Tight end Dallas Goedert caught 2 of those touchdowns on his 6 catches and 70 receiving yards.

Fantasy owners of Hurts and Goedert may be upset that this offense has finally found their footing this late into the season. The good new is the demise of this offense was greatly exaggerated. The team will always be run first with Hurts at quarterback, but when the rushing offense is clicking, the passing game opens up. Hopefully next season the team will not take so long to figure out how to be a functional offense. Hurts is always a much start despite the limited passing game.

Jeremy Ruckert
Jets Sign TE Jeremy Ruckert to an Extension
1 day ago

The New York Jets have extended tight end Jeremy Ruckert for two more years.

Jets tight end Jeremy Ruckert has agreed to a contract extension with the New York Jets, locking up the 25-year-old through the 2027 season.  The deal is a two-year extension worth roughly $10 million, with incentives that could push the total to $11 million.

Ruckert has quietly put together the best season of his NFL career in 2025, posting career highs in receptions with 20, receiving yards, and his first touchdown.  He is primarily used in 12 or 13 personals, and a key piece to their run game, since he is the Jets best blocking tight end.

Overall, Ruckert’s new contract ensures stability and depth at tight end for the Jets but isn’t a big boost for his fantasy ceiling unless he sees increase in targets in 2026.
