Jalen Hurts
Eagles Bounce Back by Trouncing the Raiders
5 hours ago

The Philadelphia Eagles shutout the moribund Las Vegas Raiders 31-0 with big games from Jalen Hurts and Dallas Goedert.

The Raiders are a great antidote for struggling offenses. Eagles fans were clamoring for starting quarterback Jalen Hurts to be benched. Hurts responded by completing 12 of 15 passes for 175 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, along with 39 rushing yards on 7 carries. Tight end Dallas Goedert caught 2 of those touchdowns on his 6 catches and 70 receiving yards.

Fantasy owners of Hurts and Goedert may be upset that this offense has finally found their footing this late into the season. The good new is the demise of this offense was greatly exaggerated. The team will always be run first with Hurts at quarterback, but when the rushing offense is clicking, the passing game opens up. Hopefully next season the team will not take so long to figure out how to be a functional offense. Hurts is always a much start despite the limited passing game.

Jeremy Ruckert
Jets Sign TE Jeremy Ruckert to an Extension
7 hours ago

The New York Jets have extended tight end Jeremy Ruckert for two more years.

Jets tight end Jeremy Ruckert has agreed to a contract extension with the New York Jets, locking up the 25-year-old through the 2027 season.  The deal is a two-year extension worth roughly $10 million, with incentives that could push the total to $11 million.

Ruckert has quietly put together the best season of his NFL career in 2025, posting career highs in receptions with 20, receiving yards, and his first touchdown.  He is primarily used in 12 or 13 personals, and a key piece to their run game, since he is the Jets best blocking tight end.

Overall, Ruckert’s new contract ensures stability and depth at tight end for the Jets but isn’t a big boost for his fantasy ceiling unless he sees increase in targets in 2026.

Devin Neal
Saints Running Back Devin Neal Rule Out for Week 16

The Saints will be without running back Devin Neal vs. the Jets

Fantasy managers caught a tough break on Sunday when Devin Neal left the Week 15 matchup with the Panthers with a hamstring injury. Adding insult to injury was the fact that Neal got hurt while scoring a touchdown.

With fantasy football being a cruel game, the next man up mentality endures. With Alvin Kamara dealing with injuries of his own it is looking like the Saints will be a split backfield of both Audric Estime and Evan Hull. The matchup with the Jets is juicy. While the split backfield isn’t fun, Estime is an appealing upside play amongst the 2 backs. Given that this is not ideal, fantasy gamers should exhaust other options if they can.

Davante Adams
Rams Wide Receiver Davante Adams is Doubtful for Thursday Night Football
10 hours ago

On a short week against their division rival Seahawks, Davante Adams is trending as doubtful for the game.

The Rams are first in both the NFC and in the NFC West at 11-3. In a pivotal match that will break a tie with the 11-3 Seahawks, the Rams expect to be without wide receiver Davante Adams.

Adams has been a menace in the red zone as he leads the league in red zone targets with 32 and in total touchdowns at 14. Adams is dealing with both a knee and hamstring injury. In a short week, he is listed as doubtful. Expect standout receiver Puka Nacua to get increased usage while the Rams utilize the running back duo of Kyren Williams and Blake Corum.

Tua Tagovailoa
The Dolphins Are Benching Tua Tagovailoa

After extended struggles, the Dolphins will turn from Tua Tagovailoa to rookie Quinn Ewers.

The 6-10 Dolphins have been eliminated from playoff contention. Amid quarterback struggles from Tua Tagovailoa, head coach Mike McDaniel has decided to turn to rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers.

Tua’s 12.6 fantasy points per game rank 31st and he is 2nd in interceptable passes with 20. In turning to Ewers, the Dolphins are hoping to find some answers for 2026. The Dolphins are in an unenviable spot as being cut in the offseason would lead to a $99.2 million dead cap hit. While his stock is plummeting for fantasy, expect the subject of the Dolphins quarterback room to be a hot offseason story.

De'Von Achane
De'Von Achane Clears The Century Mark Again
16 hours ago

Miami Dolphins running back De’Von Achane goes over the century mark for the sixth straight game in their win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

De’Von Achane continued to be the Miami Dolphins most consistent offensive producer, putting up 127 total scrimmage yards in their 28-15 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. This was the sixth straight game that Achane reached at least 100 scrimmage yards.

Tua Tagovailoa threw for 253 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Darren Waller was the star pass catcher, grabbing seven passes for 66 yards and two touchdowns.

Achane remains one the most consistent and reliable running backs in fantasy football, he’s an elite running back one and should always be in starting lineups.
