Jalen Hurts
Jalen's Passing Game Hurts Right Now

With nary a challenge from their first two playoff opponents, expect Jalen Hurts to have to pass more going up against Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders.

The Philadelphia Eagles have coasted in the first 2 rounds of the NFC playoffs with victories over the Packers and the Rams. The tenor of both games have had the feeling of an easy Eagles victory, however the scoreboard has been too close for comfort, making the Eagles ripe for an upset.

Jalen Hurts has thrown for less than 200 yards in 5 out of the last 6 games. On Sunday, Hurts threw for 0 touchdowns and managed only 128 passing yards on 15 completions. Hurts also took 7 sacks, one of which resulted in a safety.

Much is being made of Jalen Hurts lack of pocket awareness. His 2 primary receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith had a combined 6 catches for 35 yards and 0 touchdowns. In the event Jayden Daniels and the Commanders push tempo and get a lead early, it will be the ultimate test of Jalen Hurts as he has coasted primarily through the run game between he and stud running back Saquon Barkley.
