The Carolina Panthers select standout wide receiver from Arizona Tet McMillan.

Bryce Young’s future looks very bright with the addition of Tet McMillan. The 2024 All-American put up over 1,300 receiving yards in 2024 and had a total of 26 touchdowns in his career at Arizona. McMillan now becomes Young’s future WR1 where he can help dominate touches and bring a strong outside presence with second year Xavier Legette.

McMillan has a big body (6’4″ 220lbs) and strength to dominate over the middle as well as the red zone. Has the skillset similar to players like Mike Evans and Drake London and should force defenses to focus on him allowing others to succeed. An excellent move by Carolina and an instant fantasy asset in both dynasty and redraft formats.

The Jags are Rumored to take Tetairoa McMillan or Ashton Jeanty at #5
1 month ago

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a potential landing spot for Tetairoa McMillan or Ashton Jeanty at #5.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a real wildcard at #5 in the NFL Draft. They have been mocked to take DL Mason Graham pretty much across the board, but rumors from Daniel Jeremiah and Adam Schefter have them taking either WR Tetairoa McMillan or RB Ashton Jeanty. Taking McMillan makes sense to have a good WR2 lining opposite of last year’s rookie phenomenon Brian Thomas Jr. Schefter has stated that Jags head coach Liam Cohen loves McMillan. Jeanty on the other hand may be a bit rich considering that they have Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby in the backfield and other holes on the roster.

Considering Liam Cohen’s offense both players would be set up well with the Jaguars. Jeanty is the consensus top RB in this draft and will be the top dynasty rookie pick in most drafts. McMillian will be a good foil for Brian Thomas Jr, Liam Cohen will cater his offense to fit his skill set. McMillian will be my top pick at WR in Dynasty if he were to land in Jacksonville. In redraft, Jeanty would be up there as a top 5 RB pick and McMillan will be around WR20.

Tetairoa McMillan Visits New England Patriots
2 months ago

McMillan has had multiple visits in the lead up to the draft. Notable among them is New England. With McMillan likely to be the first wide receiver (Travis Hunter aside) drafted. The question is can he go as high as 4th overall?

While draft analysts might be having a little prospect fatigue with McMillan his college production, measurables and specifically his wingspan add up to a player that will be highly coveted by NFL teams.

Other teams he visited with were:

The Dallas Cowboys

New Orleans Saints

Carolina Panthers

Los Angles Chargers

Las Vegas Raiders

Cleveland Browns

Seattle Seahawks

With 3 more scheduled

The question at 4th overall for New England is which player will elevate their promising young Quarter Back Drake Maye in the 2025 season. Offensive lineman? Wide Reciever? They have already dramatically improved their receiving corps with the addition of Stefon Diggs if you assume Diggs can get back to health after suffering an ACL tear early last season. They also picked up veterans Morgan Moses and Garrett Bradbury for their O-Line. Will the best O-Lineman or best WR a better option in this class?

McMillan’s landing spot will be a massive influence on what his eventual value will be in Dynasty rookie drafts and Fantasy in general.

Tetairoa McMillan Skips Workouts at the NFL Combine
3 months ago

Tetairoa McMillan is consistently in the discussion to being drafted in the top-15 of round 1 of the NFL Draft.

There was plenty of buzz about quarterback’s Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders not throwing at the NFL Combine. Under the radar, Tetairoa McMillan also did not participate in any of the combine drills.

Lauded as the top wideout in this class, McMillan most likely got word that his draft capital is locked up. Should he have a pro day there will be plenty of hype surrounding that. At this point, it isn’t worth the risk of testing sub-par on the off chance he has a bad day.

Look for McMillan at the top of dynasty rookie drafts in round 1. He will also be favored to go into the top half of the first round.
