Curtis Samuel will miss week 9’s matchup against the New England Patriots with a Toe Injury
Curtis Samuel suffered a toe injury in Washington’s matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles and won’t play week 9. He didn’t practice all week so it’s no surprise he won’t be able to suit up. Samuel had put together a productive season thus far and is the WR38 in fantasy on the season.
Washington will now turn to Jahan Dotson and Jamison Crowder who both had productive games against Philadelphia in week 8. However, Sam Howell isn’t likely to finish as the QB1 overall in fantasy again and Dotson is the much better option. After a slow start to the season Dotson finally broke out and is coming off a 8 reception, 108 yard, and 1 touchdown effort. He’s received 18 targets over the last two weeks and will be a WR3 for fantasy against he Patriots.
