Jets coach Aaron Glenn reported that Mitchell caught his finger in a jersey on Thursday and had no further details to share. According to ESPN’s Rich Cimini, there that injury should be monitored and there is “some concern” over Adonai Mitchell playing this week against the Lions. Mitchell was limited on Thursday and Fridays’ practices where he was seen with a large wrapping on his hand, index and middle finger.

Not good news for this Jets offense, Mitchell on the season had already accumulated 9 receptions and 123 passing yards with a 25.4% target share with Geno Smith at the helm of this new Jets’ offense.
