The Browns see Quinshon Judkins as a bell cow running back.
Quinshon Judkins landed in a great spot with the Cleveland Browns via the 2025 NFL Draft in round 2. The problem is that the Browns also selected a speedster running back from Tennessee in Dylan Sampson in round 4 of the NFL Draft.
Thoughts of a committee are less than ideal and fantasy managers love being greedy for elite backfield share usage from running backs that they draft. While the talent is high, there is a touch of coolness to Judkins’ post NFL Draft fantasy stock due to concerns over being in a committee with both Sampson and veteran back Jerome Ford.
Recently, GM Andrew Berry stated that the Browns believe Judkins can be a, “bellcow runner that can really carry the load for us.’’ This is a good signal for anyone reluctant to boldly click on Judkins in drafts. On Underdog, he is currently going off the board in the late 6th round as the RB23. Should Judkins be given a heavy workload in 2025, he will surely pay off his ADP, making him a less risky selection in drafts.
