Kadarius Toney visited a couple of teams after being released by the Chiefs and signs with the Cleveland Browns. After an embarrassing outing at home against the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland adds Toney to a wide receiver room with Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

I expect Toney to be brought into an offense that will try to utilize his skillset in motion sets as well as another big play receiver to allow Cooper and Jeudy to succeed underneath. Toney will have to continue to work on his catching ability to have any relevance this season. He should not be rostered currently in any fantasy football format except for very deep leagues.
