Jayden Daniels is the 2024 Offensive Rookie of the Year while Jalen Hurts is the Super Bowl 59 MVP. In dynasty fantasy football rankings, Daniels has usurped Jalen Hurts into territory just behind Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson. 

Currently, Underdog average draft position is telling a different story. Since January 27th, Jayden Daniels has fallen from QB-3 to QB-4 by 6.4 spots. Daniels has gone from an ADP of 32.2 in round 3 down to pick 38.6 in round 4. Jalen Hurts is just ahead of him at pick 38.1. 

Recency bias is likely a factor as Jalen Hurts just won the Super Bowl. Hurts has also shown year over year fantasy reliability which factors into public sentiment. While Jayden Daniels has conquered plenty and come away with impressive feats, he will still have to avoid a sophomore slump. Take advantage of any dip that presents for Jayden Daniels.
