Eric Gray suffered a calf injury against the Washington Commanders in week 7 and is headed to injured reserve. The rookie out of Oklahoma has been a depth piece for the Giants so far in 2023, playing sparingly. However, he had a talented college profile and could have taken more work from Matt Breida if given more opportunities The injury doesn’t appear to be season-ending though, and Gray will look to return later this season. Joshua Corbin has been promoted to the active roster in the meantime.
