Appearing on the Pat McAfee show, Tyreek Hill’s agent Drew Rosenhaus stated that Hill broke his wrist in a pre-season scrimmage against the Washington Commanders.

As Michael Scott in the Office once famously said, “My, how the turntables.” Plenty has been made about Tyreek Hill in the last few days regarding his commitment to the Miami Dolphins heading into 2025. It has now come out that Tyreek Hill played through a fractured wrist in lieu of sitting out the 2024 season.

Appearing on the Pat McAfee show, agent Drew Rosenhaus stated that Tyreek Hill suffered a broken wrist in a scrimmage with the Washington Commanders. An important angle of analysis regarding the injury is Tyreek Hill saying that his arrest prior to his week 1 game versus the Jaguars caused harm to his wrist. Proximate cause of injury has been revealed by Drew Rosenhaus and the question remains of whether or not the severity of the tightness of the handcuffs applied by the officer in Tyreek Hill’s arrest caused further damage.

While lawyers are likely to be involved in the minutiae of the accountability Tyreek Hill is seeking from the Miami Police Department, it also stands out that Tyreek Hill played the entire season to his own risk. Tyreek Hill’s offseason is shaping up to deal with parallel battles both legal and professional.
