Christian Watson has answers on lingering Hamstring?

Green Bay Packers WR Christian Watson has dealt with hamstring injuries in his short career.

In two season WR Christian Watson of the Green Bay Packers has missed 11 games due to lingering hamstring injuries.  So, this offseason he spent time to find a way to get over the issue.  He visited University of Wisconsin to seek answers, and what he came up with is “Symmetry.”  He discovered that he has muscle imbalance.  Watson has been building muscle and making both hamstrings symmetrical instead of having imbalance and putting more stress on the other leg.

If this fixes his hamstring injuries, he can look to become the Packers WR 1.  He has some of the most upside in the NFL if he can stay healthy.  Watson is a big explosive receiver with big body frame at 6’4″ and 205-pounds that runs a 4.36 40-yard dash.  He can be great for best ball leagues in the teen rounds.
