Jeremy Fowler reported that the several teams believe Jaguars could trade Brian Thomas Jr. before the November 10th trade deadline. In addition to Parker Washington’s emergence, Thomas does not seem to be a fit in Liam Coen’s offense and played just 21% of snaps last week vs Josh Cameron’s 51% of snaps. Thomas has no catches in the past two games.
Fowler specifically named the Chiefs and Steelers as two possibilities, but there will surely be plenty of teams interested if he is available. Any team acquiring him would be looking for him to return back to his 2024 rookie season form, when Thomas set the league on fire with 1282 yards and 10 TD’s on 87 catches, finishing as the WR4. Fantasy football managers are hoping he is moved to a better situation instead of rotting away in Jacksonville.
