The Indianapolis Colts have announced that fourth-overall pick Anthony Richardson underwent surgery on his nose to correct his nasal septum.
Richardson will not practice today but is expected to return tomorrow depending on how he feels. With a maximum of two days missed, this will end up being a non-story.
The real story will be if the former Florida Gators QB is taking reps with the 1st Team or 2nd Team upon his return. Richardson took all of the reps with the Colts starters on Sunday as he pushes to overtake Gardner Minshew as QB1. Expect to see Anthony Richardson under center for the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1.
