Kyle Lesti grew up in rural southern New Jersey, in a family passionate about their Philadelphia Eagles. In relatively short order, Kyle outgrew his family’s passion. He became a downright fanatic for his home team and an avid fan of the game in general. Yes, he has been to both Philly Super Bowl Parades in recent years.
Kyle has been a fantasy gamer for 20 years. For years, he enjoyed playing in his home league, the EFFL, based out of his small hometown of Elmer, NJ. Over the years, he made a few late-season pushes, with several playoff appearances. But the championship always seemed just out of reach.
In the last seven years, much like his prior growth as an Eagles fan, Kyle has become obsessed with fantasy football. He started consuming tons of podcasts, including the bevy of shows offered up by RotoUnderworld, as well as watching all the football he could get his eyes on. During this time, he has also plunged into DFS, Best Ball, Superflex, and Dynasty formats, where he has had success and some failure, learning from both. He has since won his home league twice, along with some other championships along the way.
In 2024, Kyle made the trip to Canton, OH, for the Fantasy Football Expo, where he got to meet some of his favorite analysts and began networking; he saw a community really like no other, and he wanted IN. He went back in 2025 and was even invited to draft in the Pro Football Hall of Fame at the Expo’s Inaugural Fans’ Classic Draft, where he drafted against 13 other “superfans” in an incredibly competitive draft environment.
During the 2025 Expo trip, Kyle was able to procure an opportunity to write for PlayerProfiler. He has immersed himself in research and writing like a madman since, eager to better himself as a player and as a budding fantasy football analyst. He wants to use the inspiration and knowledge he has gained over the years to help others become better fantasy football players the way he has.
