Stefon Diggs, Patriots Sputter in Super Bowl
14 hours ago

QB Drake Maye and WR Stefon Diggs couldn’t get going in the Super Bowl loss.

It was a night to forget for WR Stefon Diggs and the New England Patriots. They fell behind 19-0 going into the fourth quarter and eventually lost to the Seattle Seahawks 29-13. In his first Super Bowl appearance, Diggs was largely a non-factor, catching all three of his targets for 37 scoreless yards. This game capped off a quiet postseason stretch for the 11-year veteran, who had 14 receptions for 110 yards and one TD across four games.

The 32-year-old recently said he plans on playing “until the wheels fall off” and still has two more years left on his contract. The Patriots can move on with a $9.7 million dead cap hit, but may choose to keep the four-time Pro Bowler after he led the team with over 1,000 yards and 85 catches during the regular season. Diggs averaged 12.4 fantasy PPG (WR21) in 2025, and if he stays with New England in 2026, he could be a strong value pick in drafts, with a current ADP of 80th overall on Underdog and 92nd on FastDraft.

Stefon Diggs Has No Plans to Retire Anytime Soon
6 days ago

The end is not near for the four-time Pro Bowl wideout

After 11 NFL seasons, Stefon Diggs is playing in first Super Bowl this Sunday, and the veteran wide receiver isn’t thinking about walking away — win or lose. He joined New England after tearing his ACL with Houston, but appeared in every game during the 2025 season, leading the Patriots in receiving along the way. Despite being 32 years old, Diggs has no plans on hanging it up after the Big Game. When asked by PlayerProfiler’s Jonny Tomma how long he wants to keep playing, Diggs said, “I’m gonna rock until the wheels fall off.” Makes sense. He remains under contract with New England for two more seasons, though the team could move on with a $9.7 million dead-cap hit.

In fantasy, Diggs was still highly productive in his first season in New England. He recorded his seventh 1,000-yard season, finishing with 85 catches and four TDs. He was a low-end WR2 in PPR formats, averaging 12.4 fantasy points per game (WR21). If he’s still catching passes from QB Drake Maye next season, Diggs could be a great value pick in 2026 drafts, with a current ADP is 80th overall on Underdog and 91th on FastDraft.

Stefon Diggs Charged With Assault And Strangulation
1 month ago

New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault stemming from an incident that occurred December 2, 2025.

The Patriots made an odd statement, quickly stating support for Diggs. Diggs’ representation claims that the woman’s claims are unsubstantiated and are a result of an unresolved financial dispute. Reports are that a settlement is in the works.

Unless there is video evidence of assault or strangulation, the NFL will normally stay out of these situations until they get resolved. Fantasy managers should operate with the status quo toward Diggs. Diggs enters Week 18 with a chance for his seventh 1,000-yard season.

Patriots Wide Receiver Depth Chart Shaping UP
6 months ago

The New England Patriots are putting their wide receiver depth chart in order early on in training camp.

The New England Patriots depth chart is shaping up and the positional battles appear straight forward. Kayshon Boutte and Kyle Williams at X, Stefon Diggs and Kendrick Bourne at Z, and then Demario Douglas and Efton Chism III in the slot.

It’s interesting that Boutte is listed ahead of Kyle Williams at the X spot, Williams has been drawing rave reviews early on in camp and will likely surpass Boutte eventually. Mack Hollins, Ja’Lynn Polk and Javon Baker are competing for roster spots.

Diggs is the first Patriots wide receiver off the board usually in the seventh round, Williams and Douglas follow well into the 100s, the remaining wide receivers are mostly undrafted. As training camp progresses, expect Williams to earn a starting spot resulting in his price rising in drafts.

Stefon Diggs Good to Go

The Patriots cleared wide receiver Stefon Diggs for practice.

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been cleared to practice just as the New England Patriots opened training camp. Diggs is coming off of a torn ACL that he suffered in week 8 last season.

The Patriots signed Diggs in free agency expecting him to be their lead wide receiver this year, him being able to participate at the beginning of training camp is a great sign.

Diggs has been the first Patriots pass catcher off the board for the whole offseason, typically somewhere in the seventh round. Now with news that he’s cleared to practice concerns about his knee could begin to subside and his price should rise.

Stefon Diggs Avoids PUP List

Patriots WR Stefon Diggs avoids PUP designation.

Newly signed Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs has avoided the PUP List after much speculation that he’d start the season on it. Diggs tore his ACL in Week 8 of the 2024 season while playing for the Houston Texans.

Now landing with the Patriots, Diggs looks to be the WR1 of the offense which hasn’t boasted a strong group of wideouts in past years. If Diggs is healthy, he immediately becomes the primary target for star QB Drake Maye. We have seen flashes of a high ceiling for Drake Maye, but having a veteran presence who scored as a WR1 4 years consecutively before injury, Diggs could significantly raise the floor on the sophomore QB. For a franchise with significant turnover, Diggs not being placed on the PUP List brings relief as the front office tries to turn the franchise in the right direction.

As Diggs and Maye establish chemistry in camp, the production will follow. The value fantasy managers acquired from Diggs will be a massive win.
