Who is Justin Jefferson

Justin Jefferson's college stats and a blazing 4.43 second 40 time convinced the Vikings to select him with the 22nd pick in the first round. Jefferson saw his first snaps as a starting receiver in week 3 of the 2020 NFL season, where he torched the Tennessee Titans in spectacular fashion for 175 receiving yards and a touchdown. From then on, there was no looking back. Jefferson efficiently averaged 2.65 yards per route run en route to over 1400 receiving yards and just 2 drops. He finished his rookie season with a WR4 fantasy ranking and earned a second round ADP in 2021.

His sophomore season’s next gen stats showed no signs of slowing down, as he dominated opportunity in Minnesota with a 43.9-percent Air Yards Share, a 29.9-percent Target Share, and 34 Deep Balls. He’s developed quite the connection with quarterback Kirk Cousins, and has quickly risen to the top of PlayerProfiler’s dynasty wide receiver rankings. His routes are works of art, he can win physically, and he effectively creates yards after the catch. Only in the third year of his rookie contract, Jefferson will be a dominant force for years to come.
