In 2021, he returned to his 2019-year production. E.J. Perry threw for a total 3,033 yards and rushed for around 40 yards per game. It was enough to earn him an invite to the Combine. He earned an 88th percentile size adjusted Speed Score and according to people timing him, he had one of the fastest 3-cone drills in the class. Projected to go in the 6th round, he’s a purely developmental quarterback that has the tools to be a decent backup but lacks the arm strength to be the guy.
E.J. Perry was signed as an UDFA following the 2022 NFL Draft by the Jaguars. He'd not guaranteed a roster spot.
