Cameron Latu committed to Alabama as a four-star recruit as a member of their 2018 recruiting class. Originally recruited as a defensive end, the 6-5 236 pound recruit had to work his way up to a starring role by playing special teams. In addition to setting an Alabama record for single season touchdown receptions by a tight end, Latu played all five years for Alamaba including his freshman season where he played in two games against Louisville and Arkansas.
