Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is out for the 2025 season following shoulder surgery

News has broken that Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis will miss the 2025 season following shoulder surgery. Levis opted to have the surgery due to multiple injuries last season and his inability to shake the discomfort in his throwing shoulder. Levis is, in the words of a source, “dedicated to returning to be able to compete at the highest level possible.”

In 12 starts, Levis finished with a 2-10 record, throwing for 2,091 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Levis’s injury opens the door for No. 1 overall draft pick Cam Ward to lead the Titans’ offense. The team has added veteran wide receiver Calvin Ridley with the hope of igniting what has been a stagnant offense for years. He could be Ward’s main target. Be on the lookout for the Titans signing a veteran free agent QB to back up the rookie.

While Levis provided the fantasy community with memes and mayo with his coffee, he did not offer much for fantasy production; he was QB30 in most formats. When he returns to play, watch for him in your leagues’ waiver wire in dynasty.
