Wide Receiver Noah Brown is Returning to the Houston Texans
4 months ago

Eighth-Year wide receiver Noah Brown is resigning with Houston Texans after his breakout season.

Noah Brown was drafted out of Ohio State in the seventh round by the Dallas Cowboys. Brown rarely saw the field until his sixth season with Dallas where he recorded career best with 43 catches with 555 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. Brown left Dallas for Houston on 1-year deal last season. Brown stepped up for rookie CJ Stroud when injuries started destimating the team. In only 10 games last season, Brown had 33 catches for a now career high 567 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns. Brown has agreed to another 1 year deal to stay in Houston.

CJ Stroud’s phenominal season saw some explosive plays from his wide outs. The top three receivers for Houston stepped up big when one went down. Rookie receiver Tank Dell was having a great connection with Stroud to start the season. When Dell went down with a season ending injury, both Nico Collins and Noah Brown stepped in and the offense did not miss a beat. Brown had a two game stretch with over 300 yards recieving. Look for Stroud to continue to flourish with all four of his top targets returning for his second season.

Noah Brown was never really a fantasy option until the last 2 years. Brown will be looked at as the fourth weapon behind the aformentioned Collins and Dell, as well as recently resigned tight end Dalton Schultz. However Brown has shown he can produce should any one of them goes down. Brown is a deep stash in the deepest leagues or a wavier wire pick up.
