TreVeyon Henderson is Piling Up NFL Visits

Rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson is piling up NFL visits as his draft stock heats up.

Rookie running back sensation TreVeyon Henderson is garnering plenty of interest around the NFL. Fox Insider, Jordan Schultz reports that TreVeyon Henderson has had visits with the Cowboys, Bengals, and Panthers.

Henderson is being compared plenty to the electric Lions running back, Jahmyr Gibbs. It is tough to unsee the comparison when putting on Ohio State film. Henderson shared a backfilled with Quinshon Judkins so questions about bellcow ability abound.

What isn’t a question is his overall athleticism. Henderson came away from the NFL Combine with a 4.43 40-yard dash and a 129.5, 91st percentile burst score. In his senior season he eclipsed 1,000 rushing yards and added 27 receptions for 284 receiving yards. These are both good marks for future NFL success.

The Cowboys would be an easy launching point for Henderson with only Javonte Williams and Miles Sanders to truly beat out. Chase Brown managers would need to look away, but it would be electric with Joe Burrow. While Chuba Hubbard exceeded expectations last year, the Panthers did draft Jonathon Brooks. Don’t be surprised if the Panthers want TreVeyon Henderson to be their Jahmyr Gibbs to Chuba Hubbard’s David Montgomery.
