Titans tap Chiefs assistant GM for front office lead role
4 weeks ago

The Titans are looking toward the NFL’s latest dynasty in hopes of duplicating their success.

The Titans made their latest selection at general manager, Chiefs assistant GM Mike Borgonzi for the lead GM role in Nashville.  Borgonzi has been the right hand man to front office head honcho Brett Veach.

Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk spoke glowingly about the hire, her 4th in 9 years, alluding to creating a culture and a standard while acknowledging the work ahead.

Borgonzi was one of the most popular hires of the 2025 coaching cycle, interviewing with the New York Jets also. He will have familiarity with one of the highest paid players in former Chief L’Jarius Sneed.  The Titans also have the 1st selection in the 2025 NFL draft, and many predict that they will select former Miami Hurricane QB Cam Ward.
