The Cincinnati Bengals have re-signed Trayveon Williams to a 1 year deal. Williams is headed into his sixth season with the club that drafted him 182nd overall, in the 6th round in the 2019 NFL Draft. Williams is a depth piece who plays an integral part of the Bengals special teams unit. In the 5 seasons with the club Williams has just 62 rush attempts, that turned into 317 yards on the ground and he also added an additional 74 yards on 15 receptions.
Joe Mixon has one year left on his contract and there are rumors swirling around that he could be released this offseason to save cap space. Re-signing Williams adds much needed depth at the running back position alongside 2023 rookie riser Chase Brown and Chris Evans
