Former Oklahoma and South Carolina Quarterback Spencer Rattler was once considered as a top prospect in the nation.

Spencer Rattler measured in at 6’0″ and 211 lbs. Rattler ran a shockingly slow 4.95 40-yard dash. While Rattler was not considered a dual threat, being last in almost every measurement was for sure a surprise. Word is going around that the combine performance will not impact his draft stock.

To say Spencer Rattler is polarizing is an understatement. Rattler had his best season in college as a sophomore at Oklahoma throwing for 3,031 yards, 28 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. Then his Junior season Rattler’s struggles led him to getting benched for the eventual Heisman winner Caleb Williams. Rattler was able to bounce back after a transfer to South Carolina. Rattler has the arm to make all the throws in the NFL, inconsistencies are his downfall. There will be a team out there that believes they can mold Rattler into their QB.

As fantasy players most people will be all in or all out. Rattler’s landing spot will largely impact how he will see the field at the next level. If Rattler lands in a spot to start as a rookie he will be a late round target at QB
