Per Jeremy Fowler and Dan Graziano, Shedeur Sanders’ fall may end at 21st overall with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Shedeur Sanders’ draft capital would reportedly plummet if he’s not taken by the New Orleans Saints at no. 9 overall. Other buzz about Sanders falling to Round 2 and that many teams don’t have a Round 1 grade are continued in a similar vein with this drum beat.
However, there are teams like the Steelers who could take Sanders late, or we could see the NY Giants or Cleveland Browns trading up from Round 2 to select Sanders.
Sanders threw for 4134 yards and 37 TDs in 13 games as his 2nd year as the starter in Colorado. Sanders most notably threw to consensus no. 2 pick and Heisman winner Travis Hunter.
