The Steelers placed Roman Wilson on injured reserve Saturday after he dislocated a finger against Indianapolis in Week 5, sidelining him for at least four games. His absence creates a sustained opportunity for rookie Germie Bernard, who caught six passes for 80 yards on nine targets last week and now has 13 receptions for 140 yards this season, per PlayerProfiler.

Fantasy managers who prioritize Bernard on waivers this week should consider him a viable Week 6 FLEX against Tampa Bay, particularly in PPR leagues after his nine-target performance. Wilson belongs in an available injured-reserve slot, but managers facing a roster crunch in shallow leagues can move on to secure immediate production.
