The 49ers have been beleaguered by injury in 2025. Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall has been out since Week 4 with a sprained PCL.

Fantasy managers are in a tough spot as Pearsall was crushing early in the season. While Pearsall is a tough hold, he must be left in the IR spot as he will surely crush the moment he is active. With starting quarterback up in the air between Mac Jones and Brock Purdy possibly returning, roll out and trust Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle. Anything else is entering risky territory.
