Quinshon Judkins
Quinshon Judkins called Bellcow by Browns GM

Andrew Berry has expectations of their new running back getting a heavy workload as soon as year 1

Quinshon Judkins steps right in to the Nick Chubb void left in the Browns organization, and no other back is more qualified than him to take up this torch. Judkins closest player comp on PlayerProfiler is indeed Nick Chubb. They have nearly identical builds, speed, agility and athleticism scores – Judkins ranks 28th all time at the position wile Chubb was 32nd. Both backs also had eerily similar college production and showed dominance from a young age.

In the seasons between his rookie campaign and his major injury, Nick Chubb finished as a top 10 RB each and every season – that expectation is now placed on Judkins shoulders as soon as he steps onto the field. This might be a stretch though, there are several factors to consider before projecting a RB1 finish for the rookie. The overall quality of the offense, the Quarterback situation and the O-line are all worse that what Chubb had to run with. Then there’s the individual players, Judkins does comp a lot to Chubb physically, but can he exploit holes in the line and break away for explosive plays at the rate that Chubb did through his career? And finally the selection of Dylan Sampson in the draft may seriously cut into the amount of touches available to Judkins overall. He should still be considered an immediate contributor to any fantasy roster, but lets pump the RB1 brakes for now.
