The Green Bay Packers were all in on this season with the big trade for pass rusher Micah Parsons, then he tore his ACL and the offense faltered down the stretch. This led to a lot of rumbling that head coach Matt LaFleur was on the hot seat. Despite the rumors the Packers brass has publicly stated they want to extend LaFleur who under contract through the 2026 season. It takes two to tango, so both sides need to come to an agreement.

The Packers retaining Matt LaFleur will be best for quarterback Jordan Love, who finished as QB15 for 2025, despite missing a few games due to injury. The Packers are a very efficient offense, and very young across the board. Maintaining consistency is the best path for success for this team.
