With Arian Smith, Jalen Royals, Elic Ayomanor, and others still waiting, Tennessee picked Chimere Dike (wide receiver) first in Round 4. The Florida Gator certainly has his positive traits, and the NFL seems to have not completely overcome its obsession with over-drafting speed at wide receiver.

His speed might prove valuable to the team as a better on-field acquisition than a fantasy one. Dike—like most day three receivers—is best left on waivers. Fantasy managers should monitor camp reports on the off chance.
