Johnson showed prolific speed at the 2025 NFL Combine with a 4.41 40-yard dash.
While Johnson handled fewer and fewer touches over the last three years, he was still an integral part of Florida’s offense the last three seasons. Johnson only rushed for 593 yards but did so on 100 carries, and caught 43 passes over the last two seasons.
Johnson ran a 4.41 40-yard dash at the combine, and posted a 94th-percentile Speed Score, which paired with a 68th-percentile Burst Score. Per RAS.football, Johnson’s 9.59 RAS ranks 80th of 1909 running backs since 1987. Lance Zierlein game Johnson a 6.10 Prospect Grade, which indicates that he should be a good backup with the potential to develop into a starter.
With a solid BMI, Johnson is worth a dart throw in your dynasty leagues. Per NFL Mockdraft Database, Johnson projects to be undrafted– however, we’ve seen speed backs rise quickly up the ranks and play late-season roles as injuries arise, ala Chris Rodriguez.
