Malik Nabers is simply too good to place on the PUP list until the Giants are absolutely sure he will miss multiple games to start the season. Coming off right knee ACL rehabilitation, the former LSU star looks to build on an elite 31.7-percent Target Share and 18.2 PPR Fantasy Points Per Game from his 2024 rookie campaign.

If Nabers avoids a PUP designation to kick off the year, then he will likely play in September. Nabers is currently carrying a multi-round discount, because a recently healed ACL tear will inhibit his flexibility and explosiveness, and his rehabilitation will rob him of valuable practice reps and rapport building opportunities with Jaxson Dart.

It is simply too early to vault Nabers up the rankings. With quality wide receivers available throughout the Top-50 players, fantasy gamers would be wise to watch and wait on Nabers’ status throughout training camp and preseason.
