Jerry Jeudy will make his season debut after suffering a hamstring injury in the pre-season.
Jerry Jeudy suffered a hamstring injury in the pre-season and has worked his way back. He will take the field for the first time this season in Week 2 as the Denver Broncos host the Washington Commanders. Jeudy did not see action as the Broncos dropped their opener to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Jeudy is officially listed as “questionable” but Broncos Head Coach Sean Payton said “Jerry Jeudy is playing”, according to Broncos beat writer Mike Klis, via Twitter.
Jeudy was the Broncos 2nd most targeted receiver in 2022 and should return to that role with Courtland Sutton the primary weapon. Jeudy should be a solid flex option in Week 2. Expectations for wide receivers Marvin Mims and Lil’Jordan Humphrey should remain low. TE Adam Trautman, stepping up for the injured Greg Dulcich, should be a low-end TE target.
