Denver Broncos running back J.K. Dobbins did not practice on Wednesday, one day after the team announced they weren’t placing him on injured reserve. Despite not being placed on IR it appears Dobbins is likely to miss this Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dobbins leads the Broncos, and is currently fifth in the NFL, in rushing yards with 772. In his absence rookie R.J. Harvey should see a larger role, while Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin can expect additional opportunities as well.

Harvey has been a fantasy darling since Denver selected him in the second round of the NFL Draft, he’s produced with his opportunities but has lacked volume, that should change this week. Badie and McLaughlin are just role players and don’t need to be near starting fantasy lineups.
