The incident surfaced this past weekend when a woman named “Kristen” claimed Smith “beat my ass” in a video posted on social media. The X clip shows images of Smith, and concludes with him speaking to the Davie, Florida Police.

This off-field uncertainty is a data point to consider before drafting Smith, but the lack of an open investigation lowers the probability that the Jets starting QB is suspended. Smith is only useful in best ball and superflex formats.
