Tennessee rookie running back Dylan Sampson is rising on Underdog.

Tennessee rookie running back Dylan Sampson is rising on Underdog just one week out from the NFL Draft. Since April 8th, Sampson has risen 8 spots from RB-45 up to RB-42. Samspon has crept into round 13.

Part of this slow rise is due to the fact that Sampson’s stock went down after not running the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine from a noted hamstring injury. Recency bias can create market dips, particularly in the slower news cycle that is the offseason.

Sampson did have a pro-day workout where he ran a 4.46 40-yard dash. His stock will continue to rise in the event that he gets day 2 draft capital and lands in an appealing offense for fantasy football. Being drafted by the Ravens to sit behind Derrick Henry would cool his first year outlook while going to a team like Steelers would make for a massive difference in outlook to the positive. Fantasy gamers will soon have their answer which will shape rookie dynasty drafts.
